Aren’t they just divine looking? Who doesn’t love a cookie brownie? This recipe puts that traditional ‘blond brownie’ into overdrive! This one will definitely impress your family and friends! These come together so fast and only take about 30 minutes to bake.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. I use a glass pan. Use that or a light-colored pan. Darker pans bake hotter and faster, thus causing uneven baking (under-cooked in the center and burnt on the edges.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, stir together brown sugar and melted butter. Beat in your eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add the flour and salt and mix until just blended.

  3. Add in the chips (milk chocolate, white chocolate and peanut butter chips.

  4. Spread into your prepared pan and smooth out to the edges.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until wooden tooth pick in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack.

  6. Once cooled, cut into small squares.

Note

Keep in an air-tight container or cookie jar.
